Cool smelling flowers you have there. :) Okay, Im here now where is the tea?
I just love these white hydrangeas! I was out taking photos of mine today. Your photos are beautiful.
Absolutely wonderful pictures, Carletta!!I found out about the door challenge and even looked for some (I actually collect windows, though, lol) but then I felt the pressure=obligation and decided to play it low key this week.Your front door is beautiful and very inviting, and your hydrangea is marvelous!!
That's a very nice door ! I haven't seen such here in Belgium !
Each small flower that makes up the whole head of the Hydranges is so perfect. MB
You have a talent for sure. I love the way you combined the two memes. The hydrangea is so pretty and I'm sure it must smell wonderful. Nice music too!
Hallo Carletta, thank you for visiting my blog!Of course I could smell your hydrangeas! The pictures are so well arranged!I looked through you blog and enjoyed the atmosphere of your photographs. The bridges are wonderful! I have posted one picture of the Danube with a similar bridge and atmosphere. Funny! If you want to see it?http://mknoche.blogspot.com/2008/08/vienna-skywalkers.htmlKind regards, Maria
Wow, Carletta, you just put shivers down my spine!! Welcome to Opening Doors. I love your first entry, it's like standing right in front of your door, I can even smell the Hydrangea! Very cleverly combining the two memes! You rock!
Hello !Elle est TRES fleurie Ta maison...
White hydrangeas are definitely in a class of their own! Spectacular beauty!
Wonderful hydrangea. And I love a pretty door! I used to see many when I lived in the Boston area.
Thanks for your visit and sharing your beautiful photos with us! I love hydrangea, and I have many of them in my garden too.
Wow. I think that door glass is prettier than the flowers. Is that possible? My flower is posted at > Thunder Maker
Yeah, Rose is right. :) Beautiful pictures. I should get in of the flower project because I have lots and lots of flower pictures.
Love these white hydrangeas! Very nice photo.Paz
What a beautiful and welcoming front door, wish I could visit :-) I love hydrangeas, growing up my cousins had them all around their house and it was a beautiful sight!
Hydrangeas are lovely and so photogenic! On the older Victorian style homes and many of the Ontario farmhouses they are planted right outside the door - right in keeping with your photo series today!
I LOVE your front door! That is the kind I want... I'm in the market for one... maybe in Spring! The hydrangeas are gorgeous too!
Fun post combining the two memes. The white hydrangeas are beautiful, and love your front door.
I can smell the hydrangea and I'm drawn to your lovely door. Thanks for sharing part of your home for the first day of opening doors. Great idea.
Hydrageas look so exotic but, believe it or not, a few varieties grow here in Ontario too. I love them because they bloom for such a long time. ;-)
Carletta,What a fabulous combination! I like the door and the flowers are wonderful...
Lovely combo! I think I just might pick some flowers on my way in!
What a wonderful, elegant front door you have - and a porch with a rocker!... and the sweet smell of hydrangia. Lovely. I'm with judi-gmj... a cup of tea sounds just lovely.
Such a welcoming entry. ;)

Hi Carletta! I love the hydrangea. The door and gate are very welcoming.
And they smelled lovely. Great idea to combine the two pics at the top. Loved it. :)
I wish I could grow hydrangeas here. I think the door to my home is my favorite door even if it is not very a interesting door. You have a lovely front door.
Hi, Carlettaa bouquet of charm and beauty. Great contribution. Thanks for sharing.hugs, Denise
My doors aren't up yet. I am still waiting for a Punny Monday winner! This door is lovely! IS that really your house? I like the little gate up onto the porch, too.
Beautiful door and flower :)
I like the swinging doors leading to the door on the house (if that makes sense). That's nice perspective.
Carletta: What a great post with the door, music and the White Hydragea. You did an open up job here. Charlie Rich could sing a balad.
Beautiful door - and flowers. This is a lovely Photo.
What a clever, inviting way to post your flower, which is very lovely.
Carletta,Very pretty entrance-and the flower pic is beautiful! I don't have any of those! And a great song choice, too! :) I always liked that song>Junie
I just loved that door. The glass is really special.
Such an interesting post and lovely flower -- white flowers are my favorite. But I haven't been fortunate to see (or smell) and white hydrange. thanks so much for sharing!
Carletta, this is a great post. I love your front door, and always hydrangea!! I get a chuckle out of how you seem always to choose music to match the post. Haha.
Beautiful front door. Thanks for share.

Beautiful photos for the themes Carletta. What an inviting path to your door. I also did not know some hydrangea had a fragrance. Ours are finished now - they are truly an amazing shrub when in full bloom.
