I love this photo! Reminds me of me - old and beat up, but still strong enough to hold up a train! LOL

Good morning from Rainy England Carletta.
I like how the iron as stained the stonework over the years. Each one of them blocks must be very heavy.. lifted in place by block and tackle many years ago. The stones are testiment to the skill of the local stone masons.

I had to laugh this morning when I read your comment telling me about this stone work and how you thought about me.. I felt like Medusa.. ha!

Carletta: They brings back a lot of memories of train trestles back in PA. I had one place I fished that I had to cross one to get to the fishing hole. Great photo.
