Song-ography: It's Not Easy Being Green



"It's not that easy being green
Having to spend each day the color of the leaves
When I think it could be nicer being red, or yellow, or gold
Or something much more colorful like that."


The tune for Kathy's Song-ography this week is the Muppets It's Not Easy Being Green.  Those silly little green frogs are still deep in the mud at the bottom of the frozen pond in my yard. I could have gone with an archived shot of a frog but gummy bears seemed to call to me this week. I might add those gummies were yummy!

    I like your fun interpretation. It isn't easy being green. I have to admit if given all of those gummy bears, the green one would be the last one I chose! Poor guy!

    It's definitely tough being a green gummy bear always getting picked over for the red and orange ones. Maybe that's actually a blessing?
