Most of you know I went to visit my Daughter for the holidays. A few days before I arrived she had attended her office Christmas party. She was able to bring home the centerpiece from the table where she was sitting. The plant had passed its prettiest state but Cindy had wanted me to see it. I felt the beautiful burgandy color was still pretty enough to photograph.

What an extraordinary and beautiful flower!
I love this kind of flower especially on a wedding. Truly beautiful, Carletta.
BEAUTIFUL FLOWER!!
have a nice week!!
Anturiums! My mom always have those! And they last long even when cut, enjoy your week!
the anthurium really stands out with its colour, and the lily (it is a lily, right?) adds a nice (naughty?) touch
Very nice color!
Thanks for your visit.
Lovely. Sometimes a flower that looks like it's been somewhere is the prettiest of all, because it feels real and alive.
Carletta: That is a very nice flower for sure.
It is nice that your daughter could take the flower arrangement home and still enjoy it while it lasts.
Lovely Carletta, great purple and that beautiful white Oriental Lily.
Beautiful Anturium flower.
Carletta I can image the fragrance that the Casablanca lily gives your home! I can smell it from here...mmm..my favorite lily that I grow in my summer garden!

Very pretty and look how they interact. MB
lovely center piece... job well done!
Love the deep red. Beautiful! A nice addition for a flower vase - yes, indoor!
Gorgeous! I'm a flower lover from way back.
Anthuriums come in many colors. You did an excellent job photographing this. Sometimes the flowers are so glossy they reflect the light and their true colors don't really show.
This is a beautiful flower and color
I love the red one...the color is so pure bloody red that it looks nice on the white creeping up to it's side.
Got an orange one, Carletta. :-)
First time I'm seeing this in burgandy color. I must say it's lovely and as beautiful as the normal red ones :)
What lovely flowers. Thanks for visiting my blog
Haven't been here for a week so scrolled down your pictures. Love them all. The Elmo chair is very cute, as also the little girl!
It is still quite beautiful.

Beautiful flower.
And very strong colours.
Those are such fascinating flowers... and I love the conjunction of the white lily below it.
That is such a great color. I've only seen that in that color a couple of times.
I love that burgundy flower, I got some myself a little while ago!
That is such a beautiful flower. She was lucky to get to take it home with her.
Wow, I've never seen anything like that. I love the color. Wonder what it's called.
Now that is lovely!
I've never seen anything just like this before ... it almost looks unreal, yet lovely.
Hugs and blessings,
The red one is so beautiful!
It is funny but I looked at this while at work and the flower looked red. I am at the public library today and it looks a maroon, wine color.
