Finally - a little blue sky!

After LOTS of snowy days it was good to see a little blue sky if only for a short while. It was also nice to catch this guy in his natural habitat rather than clinging to the suet feeder where he hangs out everyday.

He's absolutely handsome and perfect in his natural surroundings, but I sure bet he appreciated that suet when it was needed.

Great photos of this beautiful bird! And I know what you mean about blue sky. I had a rare glimpse of it the other day, but then we went back to overcast. I haven't been able to take many photos this season, due to the bitter cold and frequent snowfall.
