This is a bud of ruby, a Spring delight as it opens up in warm month of May. The ant is an interloper, but he adds to the frame quite well. As always, a great capture!

Lucy and Lily are positively adorable, and so happy when Grandma visits! They pose so well...

Such a good shot with the ant! Yours came out so clear. My ant was blurry. I had to resort to trickery to get a decent shot.
