Project Looking Through: Through the Frame - Take One

My thoughts after I posted my last Project Yellow with Anna was what should I do now. That issue was quickly solved when I checked in to see Anna's last yellow post. It was a Yellow Dead End sign - a perfect ending for her project. And, she announced that Mark at Regular Life was beginning Project Looking Through - PLT for short. This is Mark's first project. Yeah Mark!

Not knowing quite how I would approach the idea I had to think it through a little. I had such fun with project yellow and seeing everyone's efforts that I was anxious for something more. I have already seen some imaginative results from early participants and can tell this will be fun and rewarding so I'm jumping in and "looking through."

If you think you would like to participate then click on over to Mark's blog and check out the rules. While you're there be sure to add yourself to Mr. Lindy so we can all see whose's participating and view the results.

I love the way you did this! It sounds like a fun project but I'm not sure I could come up with enough ideas.

Now that's getting into the project! I have thought of keeping my own props with me for certain types of photos. You've done it! Thanks for joining.

Carletta: Cool photo and a good idea for looking through. My I haven't heard that old Bobby Vinton song for such a long time.

My WII finally has you stumped. Give it a guess.

Seeing "The Polish Prince" (Bobby Vinton) in your sidebar brings back great memories.

That picture of violets looks so realistic... like you can just reach out and touch them. ;-)

Love the use of a frame! Very clever. :)

Great image. The white frame and purple flowers are perfect together.

I particularly like that the scene doesn't really look staged -- it seems as though the frame could have just naturally been placed that way while someone was cleaning or holding a yard sale.

Impossible to tell whether the composition is intentional or serendipitous.
