    they are coming out with a Smurfs 2 at the end of the month... i grew up on the show - so when it come out on DVD ... i would love to see it. ( :

    mushrooms are every where around here due to all the recent rain. swampy too.

    We have had these fawn mushroom all spring. I do think we may have seen the last of them, but sure seen a lot in the past few weeks.

    We have them all over the place also... They LOVE all of the rain we have had.

    You are more up-to-date than I am, because I usually expect to see brownies or elves under them. Smurfs are more modern and would be perfect inhabitants. Those are beautiful fungi!

    Very cool macro of the Mushrooms. I love the little dots they have on them. I'm afraid "Smurfs" with their bright blue color would be easily spotted under these mushrooms. Best leave them for Elves or Pixie's.

    I always think of them as nice houses for the fairies :) It has been SO WET here ....we've got mushrooms growing everywhere.
