  1. Hi dear friend
Well this is attempt #2. I guess some damn Leprechaun from Ulster got upset!
Today is almost over for "Paddys Day", but I saw a great sight today when I went to the Valley Precinct of Brisbane to get my morning papers and "Lotto" ticket ( one is allowed to dream of "hopeful loot"???).
The Valley precinct is not a nice part of Brisbane for those who may wish to visit. Anyhow turning a corner, I ran slap bang into two young men dressed as "leprechauns" right down to buckled boots - green from top to bottom, the tallest of top hats. I guess they sure were in the spirit of St. Paddy, even if they did startle me ! Yep, the beer was green at the local pub( bar) - tasted the same, thank you St.Paddy!
    Cheers
    Have a great day.
Colin ( Brisbane, Australia) - where for those interested in weather reports - IT IS RAINING!

  7. Looks like the luck of the Irish is shining down on you with that little four leaf clover. I really like your leprechaun, he seems to be very involved in his book.

  20. I'm partial to the strong contrast of this day's leprechaun photo. And I'm curious to know what book he would be reading. I'm sure it's just a prop, but the imagination does like to roam... My first guess would be The Hobbit, but it would be cool if he were engrossed in a well-written historical fiction novel revolving around the life and times of Saint Patrick.
