  4. Well done Carletta.
That looks like a secure fence which would keep cattle etc in and hopefully "rogue Mickey bulls", emus and kangaroos not being able to knock down. Maybe the "little green man, the Leprechaun" is the secret?
You have unsuspectingly done me a favour. I was wondering why in Melbourne, yep, that place where the Melbourne Cup is run and the place of 4 seasons in a day, has no horse racing tomorrow. Melbourne stages a St.Patricks day carnival similar to the big one in New York. I had completely forgotten - so it will be green attire tomorrow here in Australia - the 17th.
The Gothic style Catholic Cathedral in Melbourne is St.Patricks, just like NYC!
You can "google" is to see - very impressive building.
    Cheers

Ps: Who has also Irish blood flowing through my veins!

  14. Carletta....This is so cute. You were so clever. About Lucy Selina....Before you get to Lexington you will see the exit for Longdale Furnace. That is it! The people who own the house at the furnace live in FL in the winter and come up here in the runners. The houses across Rt. 60 were all homes used at the time of the furnace. It is really neat. We got to talk to a gentleman who lived in one of the old homes and really learned all kinds of newt stuff. If you decide to go, let me know and I will give you all the poop we learned. genie
