Barn Charm

The gate is open. Let's drive on in.
Oh, look! A charming little horse barn complete with a horse statue.
And that's not all; it comes complete with a charming little stone house.

Linking to Ruby Tuesday 2 and Barn Charm.

Such a special, beautiful all American place. Clean in shapes in colors, well built and friendly.
I bet both humans and animals are doing well there.

A great place! I thought you had caught the horse rearing up before I read your captions.

Wow, Carletta. Looks like you've hit the "jackpot" here.
Well appointed "homestead". One rearing statue of a horse, no doubt a stallion. Two stalls shown and no doubt a couple more at the two unseen sides. Small exercise yards. And all in pristine condition.
Conclusion: A small horse stud, probably for quarter-horses or show ponies/horses.
I wonder what the price tag would be??????
Great shots.

Weather report: Sunny morning, but no warmth at all. As far as I am concerned it is freezing. 7 celsius with a max. today of 21 celsius. Hurry up September- ha ha!

That gate is incredibly well-maintained! And the restof the place looks equally well looked after.

What a beautiful place! The barn is very nice - the stone house is amazing!

It's really a pretty place but the horse statue is a bit much! It would look much classier without it (just my opinion, of course!).

The modern horse barn is functional, the ruby roof attention getting (although that does appear to be a real and menacing stallion :). The house is a true charmer, small in the stature but made of lovely materials, the old stone paired with modern vinyl and windows. THe shape is timeless, a neat and tidy farm that continues to wear so well!

Maybe the lucky farm manager gets to live in that little dollhouse? Any idea what kind of horses are raised here? Well, we know they're fierce anyway from that statue! :-)

At first I thought the statue was actually a horse!

What and adorable place. The house sure does seem tiny though. Certainly, by modern standards anyway.

Love that horse statue. You can see it from quite a distance.

Animals also deserve to live in a beautiful and spacious barn like this. They are also living things , they also have emotions and senses. Providing them with a beautiful home or barn like this is a good way of preserving their animal rights.
