Weekend Reflections

What better way to begin the Labor Day weekend than with a reflection of Old Glory! The state flag of West Virginia is flying underneath. Although, both aren't flying so much as hanging. There wasn't much wind today to go with our 96 degree temperature and this was taken at almost six o'clock with the evening sunlight still high in the sky.
A happy holiday weekend to all!

What a great building for reflections. Old Glory looks tired I just hope a good wind sweeps in soon. I like the slight orange glow in the reflection.

Wow! I had to look at this very closely to tell this isn't a flag and pole in front of the building, but a flag and pole reflected in the building. Those first glances can be tricky. nice capture.

Beautiful reflection - I agree with Quilly. A close look is necessary. Great shot :-)
