Twas The Night Before Christmas

On the night before Christmas
Santa walked through the snow
To a church all alight with a beckoning glow.
Inside, he knelt and remembered the birth
In Bethlehem's manger, when joy filled the earth.
Merry Christmas and A Happy New Year
God Bless Us Everyone

Lovely words and lovely pictures, Carletta.
Happy Christmas to you and yours, or in Irish - "Nollaig Shona duit".

Hope you've got your electricity back, and that all's toasty warm over at yours.

As a displaced West Virginian here in Delaware - born and raised in Vienna, WV - I happened upon your blog this evening and was SO happy to read your blogs and be able to remember winters in WV! We here in Delaware had snow for Christmas but it is already gone! Thank goodness for your blog - I am emailing your address to my dad, who is also here in Delaware. How do I become a follower of your blog???

Someone left me the same anonymous quote! shame, shame. I guess now we know not to listen to them, right?

I do love this post...I may have to steal this to share with my children, do you mind?

I hope you have a Happy New Year!
