Sunday Blessings Everyone
A Note: Thanks to everyone who came by and left a comment on yesterday's post about our beloved Smokey. My daughter Cindy adopted him when she was eight years old from a second grade classmate. Cindy too, has been reading your comments. She and I and the rest of our family thank you for your kind words at this sad time. Please know we appreciate you.

Lovely. I'd love to see what the church is like inside. There's something very peaceful to me about those old buildings. I think maybe because they were built with a more personal spirit.
Beautiful scenery, Carletta. The church brings memories of my time in WV.
Is the church still used? I love the simplicity of it. And love that view in the second photo.
Peace be with you.
That's a beautiful landscape ! but what a strange name for a city !
I'd love to see what the interior looks like, Carletta.
These are gorgeous!
beautiful place...
My parents were members of a cute little church that looked a lot like that one. A few years ago they renenwed their vows in that cute little church on their 50th Wedding Anniversary, it was a very special day for all of us.
Hi Carletta, I've been gone for a few days and missed the passing of Old Smokey. Thanks for your thoughts on pets and what they mean in the lives of their owners. I love your choices for todays post. You really have a talent. Pappy
Lovely photos - what a gorgeous view across the valley in the second one.
Blessings to you, Carletta!
Carletta: What a neat old church, your leaves are really coming down.
