Amen. There are many who will be without water and power for weeks to come.

Lovely church.

Still waiting to hear about friends.

I've been reading back, as it must be over a week since I came by. I've really enjoyed your "Show Me" posts.

Glad your friend is safe. I too pray for all in the wake of these massive storms. I fear there are many more to come.

I cannot imagine living in the path of hurricanes...I am glad your friend is safe, too.

What is there about red doors--I love them. Sometime if you got the time some time check out my post of November 14, 2007 to see a red door that I love. http://picsandpiecing.blogspot.com/2007/11/every-time-i-go-to-main-library-in.html#links

The pictures are beautiful and so is the church. Love the stained glass windows and the red doors!

I'm very glad your friend in Texas is safe! Such a tragedy for so many people who will still be faced with more hardships. I am thankful to no longer have to worry about hurricanes.

Oh, very nice! I love photos like this -- the red door, the stained glass. I'm glad your friend is safe. I've been keeping everyone affected by the hurricane in my prayers.

BTW, you made a comment on my blog about wanting to see the full door of one of the closeup brownstone photos I posted. The one you thought is the door is of ANOTHER building, not the one you meant. Instead, you can find the door you're looking for HERE.

Thanks always for stopping by my blog.

Happy Sunday,
Paz

Indeed... I got an email today from a friend who lives in Galveston... they were on there way "home" and hoping to find one. Please do keep them all in your prayers!

I love this church (of course I do!)
