Project Blue. Take One.

Anna of Anna Carson Photography has just begun a new project. The color of choice this time is blue - yeah, my favorite color. For those of you who are new to Anna's projects, go out with your camera and find blue...post it on your blog and link back to Anna so others can follow along! Check out the link I've given you to find out more.

I just got home from a weekend away so I scrambled for something blue. What better than blue jeans - the dress of choice for this lady- everyday. Like it says under my header picture, the mood here is forever in blue jeans; and I'm hoping Heaven won't have a dress code!
Neil Diamond has been on my playlist from day one. If you don't know me real well let me just say - this post is definitely Carletta!!

For a couple of days I will be finishing a project called Up From The Ground with Jeremiah at My World in Pictures AND doing Anna's Blue Project. Wow, will I be busy! Just scroll down for a couple of days till you find what you came looking for. Stay as little or as long as you like. Just enjoy yourself!!!

Now that looks like a cozy stack of jeans! I'm glad to be back in project mode! It makes us all seem a little closer together.

I had to get in on Project Blue, because of you, and fortunately I had a little blue in the post I had ready to go!

Blue jeans crossed my mind. But I thought, "How could I make that interesting?" so I passed. You just answered my question. Nicely done. And welcome to blue!

This song took me back to 1978 -- I was barely 18 and lived on Broadway Avenue in Spokane, WA. with my elder sister and her husband. It was just before I moved to L.A. I was sitting on my bedroom floor singing along with my Neil Diamond album -- You Don't Bring Me Flowers -- and packing a trunk for shipping. It looked a lot like your photo. My wardrobe in my teen years was almost wholly blue -- especially blue jeans.

Lovely shot. Thanks for the memories.
