Project Blue. Take Nine. and An Award

B is for Blue
I was sitting at my computer and went to connect my headphones when I noticed blue stripes on the plug. Immediately I thought "blue" so put the plug down on my keyboard and reached for my camera. It seemed like such a small thing to be excited about. Then, I noticed the blue mouse button in the center. Now, I thought, maybe I can do something with this. It was only after I downloaded the images did I notice the blue numbers on the keys and boy did they pop out at me. And look, the key for "B" was right where I needed it! I liked it!!! My only reservation is - am I just a little too "plugged" in to this Project Blue!!!

Announcing....
Mary,The Teach, passed this blogger friendship award along to me last week. If you don't know Mary click on over there and check out one or both of her blogs. Yes, she has two! I can barely keep up one and she does two quite well.

Thank you Mary for this kind gesture. I so do appreciate your friendship.

I want to bestow this award to Tom of Welcome to Wiggers World. He truly is a blogging friend to all who come and visit his blog. Check out his world and tell him I sent you.

Too plugged in? Nah, just right. I love how describe finding your blue. The quest is as much fun as the pictures in some cases. It's funny how that blue dot has been under your fingers this long and only today did it leap out at you. The sun was getting ready to set and I was not sure what I would post tonight. Now, not only do I think I know what I'll put up tonight, but I think I have tomorrow's post in the bad too! I'm actually ahead for a change. Should I get desperate, I have two shots in the archive that I'd love to use, but I'm trying to keep up with my plan to post only new work. We shall see. It all depends on how much longer Anna wants to keep blue going.

The last time I noted blue in conjunction with "on my computer", it was the blue screen of death, and I didn't much feel like snapping it's picture ....

However, your blue catch looks pretty snazzy, as does the blue of your earphone jack and the little function key marks on your keyboard. Isn't it amazing what a camera can help us notice?

That proves your creativity ! making something special with nothing and it even looks great !
Now I noticed that I have little blue lights on my keyboard, lol !

Isn't it fun how we are all thinking "blue"?? great discovery and shot, perfect for the theme!

It's not a project... it's a disease... They're going to have to commit me soon. I keep surprising myself by finding new things, though.

This was a fun photo and I loved the description of the process.

I just right clicked the award to see where it comes from and clicked on its properties and found this award is a phishing gimmick. Try it.

That's why I refuse to accept awards.

Hi Carlette...
Thanks for this great award.. it certainly made me feel every colour but 'BLUE'...

Abe says the Icon /might be a phishing gimmick, so what I'll do is make my own icon wwould that be OK! It might be a good way around these phishing things.
For more info on it click HERE
What a shame something as nice as a show of friendship can be turn into something such as this..

BLUE numbers and symbols, amazing what is right before our eyes and still we don't see it!! thanks for visiting my blog, nice to hear that my craft work is inspiring you to get back into your ATC's look forward to seeing some of your work in the future. :0)

Carletta: Love your picture and the song is one of my favorites from LeAnn Rhimes.
You picked a great sight to honor, too bad it is a gimmick.

Thank you for helping me with the tree. Others have also suggested Japanese Cherry tree, so I think you're right.

ROFLMBO!!! You are sooooo plugged in! But TOO? Nah! This would have NEVER worked for me... even if I HAD earphones... my keyboard is just ugly gray - and dirty at that! As a matter of fact... I JUST noticed how desperately it needs to be cleaned! But I LOVE the way this shot came together for you! And it is VERY artsy, me thinks!

well, my mouse button is red so it definitely doesn't qualify for this project.
amazing how these projects make us notice things that would otherwise escape us.
and of course, i absolutely love your photo.

It looks like it all came together for this photo, huh! I didn't even notice the blue on the keys until you mentioned them.
