Wild Birds: White-throated Sparrow

Sitting and waiting patiently.....

Still waiting.....

and hoping Mr. and Mrs. Downy would soon finish their dinner date.....

Yesterday morning we awoke to three inches of snow and cold temps. By late afternoon the sun had come out and the birds flocked to the refilled bird feeders. I'm hoping that sunshine sticks around!!!

  2. The white throated sparrows are very attractive. Here we hear the song but rarely see the bird. Nice story to go with the photos.
