I love it, Carletta!! What a great shot and perfect shadow shot for the day! Yes, I wonder if he's visiting Jack and the Beanstalk, too! Hope your weekend is going well! Enjoy!
My son is sitting with me and he started shouting, "Mommy, look at that bug!!!" He loves it...as do I! You'll have to check out my latest post about the two really great bugs he found over the past couple of days!
The insect offers a shape of intricate detail, and wonderfully replicated in shadow. We have an aversion to bug it seems, almost finding no use at all for all of them.
But when a beautiful capture like this appears, I think I may have to reassess the 'eww' factor about bugs and enjoy their unique beauty as you have captured...
I am impressed with the vividness and clarity of these shots!
I ONCE HAD A SHADOW
I once had a shadow—or did she have me? My shadow and I could never agree. I would say something, she’d say the reverse; Our arguments flared, my lips I would purse, Refusing to speak to her anymore— So my shadow got up and marched out the door! I have not seen her from that day to this— That’s one stubborn shadow I surely don’t miss!
I wonder if he is visiting Jack and the Beanstalk ya think? LOL Beautiful my dear sweet friend :) You have an eye like no other :)
