We've had rain for five of the past six days. However, last Thursday evening just before sunset the rain began ceasing and the sun shone brightly and we were rewarded with a big beautiful rainbow.
Of course I had the wrong lens on the camera and couldn't get a wide shot but there wasn't time to change it. Rainbows don't wait!
Beautiful rainbow capture, even if you didn't get the entire bow! I like the contrast between the pastels in the sky and rainbow with the darkness of the trees.
I tried to email you but it bounced back with a message saying the account didn't exist. :\
So glad to hear your beautiful little granddaughters are visiting. Thank you for leaving comments, I know the girls are keeping you busy! How are your knees holding up with the extra activity?
I really wanted to comment on the next photo with the waterdrops, but I can't find the commentbox! That photo has so much detail, it's crystal clear, I love it!
beautiful capture - interesting that the sky is a different colour each side of the rainbow.
ReplyDeletewe have had lots of rain too - hoping for some sun and rainbows soon
So beautiful. Again our karma. I took a rainbow shot just yesterday as well. But an iPhone doesn't have a choice of lenses. :) Excellent.
