Today's Flowers: A Geranium Bud


This is a geranium bud from my Mom's pot of flowers we had gotten her for Mother's Day in May. I took the photo this past October. It was still blooming well at that point. Of course now with frost and winter it is long gone. Hope you enjoy.

  13. Yes, that is one of those hardy Geranium/Pelargonium. They hate to admit that winter is here and hang on until the end before going dormant. Hope you keep it over winter.

  24. These flowers just keep giving. I have mine in a pot on the deck until it gets cold, then I move it to the glass porch. The glass porch is currently 47 degrees.
    2nd winter for this plant.
