It's time for this week's Scavenger Hunt Sunday. I enjoyed the prompts this week and have briefly described each shot. However, feel free to click on the first shot and scroll through the slideshow for better enhanced photos. Have a wonderful Sunday!
1. DISHES
This is one of two matching carnival glass compote bowls given to me by my mother-in-law many years ago. I love the iridescent colors you can see when it's placed in the sunlight.
2. FAVORITE COLOR
A glass pendant in my favorite color - blue!
3. SUN FLARE
#1
#2.
(I couldn't decide which I liked better)
It was rainy and overcast here most of the week but I took my camera out last evening and attempted to capture my first ever sun flares. Actually I'm quite happy with how these came out but I can't wait to try some more.
4. EXPRESSION
Granddaughter Lily with a sweet expression and Lucy with her 'poser' smile.
5. STICKY
Yesterday morning's breakfast - sourdough French toast with maple syrup - YUM!

ReplyDeleteOh such fun. Those prompts must be made for you...who could imagine that you'd have those beautiful sun flares right when you needed them.
ReplyDeleteEvery picture is perfect for the prompt.
my mom had some dishes similar to your first photo. Blue is also my favorite color. Those girls are adorable and the french toast is scrumptious. My quotography picture this week is also a sun flare. I darkened it so it looked more like a night sky with a super bright star in it.
ReplyDeleteThat is a wonderful pic of your granddaughters!
