Dogwood Blooms

I took so many photos of my dogwood tree this weekend. I've held back and will only post three of them. That's not to say you might not see more later. :)

  2. Hi there - one of the things I like about my "long lens" is that it has a close focus distance. So, its great for butterflies as well as birds.

    Having said that it did take a while to find a cooperative Monarch.

  5. These are quite lovely. We have a pink dogwood in the front yard, so I too took out this weekend to snap some pictures of white dogwood blossoms that seem to have popped out over night.

  13. Lovely lovely photos - do show more. I noticed this weekend as we were driving that the wild dogwoods are beginning to bloom in the woods - they add such a brightness to the spring woods.
