You found some of the best wildflowers/weeds of fall and how wonderful they photograph together with the contrasting colors, shapes, and growth habits. We used to collect the teasel heads and dry for winter arrangements--sometimes spray painting them silver and gold. Luckily that craft went out of fashion--much better in natural state, imo.
Thanks for your comment about my knee...so far it seems it must've been "pulled"...I lay or sat with it elevated and used either an elastic band or a moist heat application constantly for four days. My hubby found my old crutches and I used them to go to from room to room. I was worried about it being my miniscus at first but now, after almost a week & 1/2 I am pretty certain it is almost completely healed. But, if I keep having issues off and on I will go to the Dr. I know what you mean about letting things go and not getting them taken care of, but I won't mess with my knee. I appreciated your comment SO much!
