Scavenger Hunt Sunday

CAPTURING THE SKY
Not many days of pretty skies lately. This was taken February 13th. I'm looking forward to seeing more of this kind of sky being the norm instead of the exception.

EVERYDAY
Enough said......

FURRY
The weather Saturday morning brought out all the critters to my yard. These little guys have been hiding this winter. I took this through a double-paned window and wasn't happy with it until I cropped it and added a texture. Now I'm glad I didn't delete the image.

LIFE (new life)
Saturday I walked around my yard looking for signs of new life emerging and found more than I expected. This is a macro shot of a bud on one of my bushes. I'm hoping it's not too soon. To see what the bloom will eventually look like click here.

    Beautiful sky! When I saw the broom it reminded me of my childhood when we grew broom corn and my mom made her own brooms.

    Great photos! Love the everyday shot. Very appropriate and nice compostion. Yes, I do love Woody. I'm sure I'm not the only one who cried in Toy Story 3 thinking about my own kids growing up.

    Great choices, Carletta, for the Scavenger Hunt. I laughed at the picture of the broom... I use a broom constantly to sweep the bird stuff off of our deck.... I love birds but they are MESSY. ha ha

    You did another great job on the scavenger hunt. I like the editing you did on the squirrel picture, and the bokeh picture is beautiful.
