Ruby Tuesday

The star of today's Ruby Tuesday is none other than our adoring red friend who is strapped in this seatbelt and helping pilot.......

For my more discerning readers, how about a lovely red geranium whose petals have taken on the sheen of satin in the harsh afternoon sunlight.

    Great gloss in the Elmo pics.
    The geranium is more my style though. (I am not blessed with grandchildren yet.)
    Every spring I buy geraniums for a fortune, but I can never get them survive the winter.
    (Something about going in the cellar and give them some water now and then.)
    These petals were extraordinary in color variations and texture.
    Just love them.

    That's a pretty red geranium, Carletta! I missed ours, it bloomed twice and I didn't get a picture.

    Elmo is a fune ruby, even adults van find his red orb head disarming - and he is wearing his seat belt, too!

    Actually, I was thinking about the look inside, and perhaps velvet is the material in question. The look of Spring in full bloom, and you have captured it well!
